Main Hall

Capacity: 120 people
Pricing: £15.00-£27.00 per hour

The Main Hall is a bright, spacious, air-conditioned venue that combines traditional character with modern facilities, making it ideal for celebrations, community events, performances, classes, meetings and private functions.

The flexible hall layout accommodates up to 120 guests or around 80 guests for seated dining. A welcoming reception area with adjoining cloakroom provides an ideal arrival space for guests.

Main Hall hire includes exclusive use of our spacious, fully equipped Main Kitchen. Featuring generous worktop space, a commercial dishwasher, double electric oven, microwave, two large-capacity refrigerators and a plate warmer, it is well suited to everything from meetings to large celebrations. Cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided for up to 80 guests.

The hall also offers ample storage, modern toilet facilities including an accessible toilet, step-free access throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi and an induction hearing loop.

Our integrated audio visual system includes a projector, large projection screen and high-quality sound system. Connect compatible devices via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to display presentations, stream videos or play music from services such as Spotify and Apple Music. A wireless microphone, stage and piano make the venue equally suitable for presentations, performances and special occasions.

Outside, attractive garden areas with pergolas and seating provide additional space for guests to relax, while on-site parking adds convenience for visitors and organisers.

Whether you're planning a family celebration, wedding reception, community gathering, fitness class, business meeting or club activity, the Main Hall provides a comfortable, versatile setting in the heart of the village.

Please note that music must finish by 11:00 pm and the service of alcoholic drinks by 10:30 pm.

Meeting Room

Capacity: 20 people
Pricing: £10.00-£13.00 per hour

The Meeting Room is a comfortable, self-contained space ideal for smaller gatherings, meetings, workshops, classes, and private hire. Separate from the Main Hall, it offers a quieter and more intimate setting while still benefiting from modern facilities and easy access.

The room can accommodate up to 20 people theatre-style or a smaller number seated at tables, making it well suited to committee meetings, training sessions, hobby groups, interviews, and small social events.

The Meeting Room includes its own kitchen facilities, Wi-Fi access, allowing groups to use the space independently and comfortably.

Whole Venue Hire offers exclusive use of the Main Hall, Meeting Room, kitchens, reception area, and outdoor spaces, providing a flexible and spacious setting for larger events and special occasions.

Ideal for weddings, family celebrations, community events, performances, fundraising activities, and corporate functions, the venue allows guests to move comfortably between spaces while enjoying dedicated areas for dining, entertainment, preparation, and quieter gatherings.
